Tzara suggested our camp application should be in by June 1 if we
hope to get better placement.

We talked about camp placement. Robyn asked Tzara about best methods
for when applying for theme camp to get choice location. 

Tzara informed us that Lisa would like to have three fundraising
events. No dates were suggested. Tzara suggested a fundraising event after
Pride so that we can use Pride as an opportunity to 
promote and outreach ST!.

Voted to pursue poker for fundraising if we are part of LT.

It was discussed that ST! crucial needs were in already in place and
that small technical, fundraising and artistic matters were the bulk of our
needs this year.

Voted to move Chez Snuggle, Orange Lounge, and Burlesque Show to
Wednesday. Additionally, to expand bar in the Lounge. Kristi suggested
handing out "tickets" as an invite, announcement and admission to Chez
Snuggle, Orange Lounge, and the Burlesque show. It was suggested that ticket
holders could get VIP service.

On the topic of LT paying ST! for the Bus it made evident that an
account ledger needs to be set up to track the payments and outstanding
balance on the Bus.

Riv recommended a Portland co-chair to the kitchen committee.

Mark would like to be on Kitchen committee.

Discussed what camps we would want to be associated with and discuss
the option of writing application in concert in order to get choice spot on
the playa.

Tzara, recommended setting up a recurring annual budget for Bus
expenditures, e.g.. maintenance

Tzara reported for the Finance Com. that there is $1000 in the ST!
account.

Bob reported that some money had been paid by LT to ST! for the bus.
This arrangement on Bus renting needs to be investigated further. Robyn will
follow up

Gene recommended installing overflow reservoir on the bus for the
radiator.

Tzara, said that someone other than himself needs to arrange for AAA
to cover bus. 

Immediate bus needs for this year are jack and tire.

Painting bus as a goal. Robyn suggested pulling out front seats and
replacing with benches in order to gain more space and move weight forward.

The need for additional transportation was needed. While a trailer
may be available to ST! Robyn's question of renting a Uhaul type truck to
pull it was deemed to expensive.

Talked about pendants options as gifting. It was discussed that cast
metal pendants would be oh, so super cool. Meghan, Robyn, Torria will looking
to avenues for pendent options.

Meghan suggested garters a gift option. 

Meghan expressed desire to be on Gift and Art/Deco committee.

George and Kristi will talk on Tuesday regarding  the update and
positing of committee descriptions and posting requests for people to join a
committee.

Discussed ST! being officially part of Lt in order to gain tax
benefit. Voted to approve aligning with LT pending consultation of original
ST! founders, in particular Edie. Related to this the need to talk about
Edie about her mention of having a tantra camp. Tzara suggested that
cobranding is an option in this case. Discussion of the matter was limited
because of the need to have Edie involved.

Torria suggested starting each meeting with a reading of the mission
statement.

Robyn expressed her strong desire to see the camp limited to 40
people and that anyone there after be considered on a case by case basis
weighted on merit. The application process for new campers was started very
late last year and the need to start it early with a specific cut off date
was discussed.

We discussed that people who are not known on ST! should be
sponsored by someone who is known to ST!, thus no admissions to camp require
some pre-existing relationship with an ST! camper. 

Gene emphasized the need for water distribution method on the playa.
Gene expressed desire to be on water and power committee again.

Robyn asked Tzara about app for fire relating to art project she
has.

Bob asked about the possibility of small bipeds (aka kids) being
welcome to camp with ST!, specifically Bob's teenagers Justin and Tristan.
The conclusion that Bob has approval. That matter of children on the playa
will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and that the approval for Bob does
not represent a precedent.

Meghan expressed her concern that campers may be left to chaperone
children in parents absence on the playa and that any parent bring children
should assume responsibility at all times.
