Mood: energy has been up and down- not consistent or building, Why are we doing Snuggletown!?? Do we still want to do it? Will we be able to do it? A concern of sex dome at our camp not representing Snuggletown! Robyn volunteered to step up and take the reigns to inject us with energy and momentum, with our help she will direct and prompt us to be more actively getting things done, all present agreed and showed appreciation for her stepping up to lead us. Discussion of pleads to not be a negative energy leader, asked her to direct us instead of giving us negative feedback. If problems arise with Robyn’s leadership she asked us to gently and directly request a change in approach. Thank You Robyn! Fake it till you make it! Sheets for Ecstasy will be reused from girl Romp, Robyn will wash them after Clean up crew will coordinate with haulers Decided to leave doors open for entry all night, with training as needed per experience of person entering No visibly drunk people allowed, Brian will do the throwing people out if needed Safe sex required Robyn will create a waiver from FNL and Exporers Setting up party all on main floor if under 120 people, snuggle mattresses on sides of dance floor and sex space in room off dance floor Jaz proposed to use the bus for Lovetribe storage and pay Sngtn! $150 a month which can be used for insurance and paying off the bus and other sngtn! Stuff , all present okayed the proposal, this would allow driving all supplies to party sites in the bus Snuggletown! Is the mobile unit of the sensual PDX community, discussion of whether Snuggletown is separate entity or still belonging to the other groups(Lovetribe, Explorers, FNL)??, either way it is bringing the separate groups together and we would like to have a party after BM to bring all the sensual communities together including Dark lady Figuring out how to make roof rack for bus hauling, need to be cognizant of height restrictions on our route to BM Looking at bringing waterdrums (possibly old food containers)to playa and filtering water there avoiding hauling all that weight Need to use some of the pvc pipes from old dome for evapoaration pond Discussed if need to try out new pole with raise lower pulley for parachute before playa, decided not Brain on kitchen crew , Riv has done menu and wants an oven for bread baking, any ideas for oven?
