we need a dome for soak  10-12 / 26 pole 8'
100' parachute, 8' wall = 84' diameter.

we should build tent structure for soak.  approved purchase of parachute?

Arthur reported there's enough in the account for the purchase.


We have a spot for us in theme camp area of SOAK.
Organizers would like to know if we are attending.
Bus may not be available. Waldport is 3 hours away.

MEETINGS:

Bob: alternating Sunday, Monday, with one day a month
Not at Bob & Sam's every time. meetings should be somewhere else too

Email list, Sam vented, we talked about it.  majority of people have voted against the change.  sam is frustrated by the volume of email.
sam will try the web site delivery option.

ECSTASY:

committees online admin, Brian emailed out.  people need to check that.  check it out.

fee for the hall was $400 + $150 clean up
we have the hall till 2am, what does that mean? what about clean up ?

doors at 7pm, Ritual at 9pm

ART: jerry interested in building a roof rack. to watch the  burn.  this project is still on.
