There were only 5 people in attendance: myself, Ellie,
Arthur, Doug and Aaron. Come on people, we can do
better than that! Let's rally the troops, etc.


Transportation Committee -- me


I've decided we should go to Burning Man by way of
roads as opposed to air or sea. We have 1 bus so far.
A truck and an RV that we used last year are, as of
now, not available this year.


We have decided to cap this year's attendance at 60
people.


Last year's Transportation spent $1,033 on gas,
supplies and fixing the vehicle.


Last year there were 23 people in the caravan and 9-10
people in the bus.

I need to know who might be driving their own vehicles
and who is planning on going in the caravan and who is
going to meet us on the playa, like I did last year. I
know this is extremely tentative but it would be good
to get an idea as early as possible. We may have to
rent a van or a truck.

Funding and Finance Committee -- the gorgeous Ellie
and Arthur


To fund-raise, we are tentatively having two events,
one in early April, the other in June


Lovetribe is not giving $ per say, but they are saying
SnuggleTown is an extension of it. They gave a lot of
money last year.

[Ammendment 2/24/2005: Lovetribe has already given $200 this year]

Explorers Club is donating money this year in they are
organizing this Saturday's Erotic Arts Ball, which is
a fund-raiser for SnuggleTown. I suggest you be there.
And look at my photography which will be displayed
(shameless plug).


Friends and Lovers is not giving us money this year.


Note: We moved the meeting to an "eating and drinking"
establishment. You all missed out.


Gift Committee -- Ellie


No spongie men this year. While they were great they
often got dirty fast and we want to move on to
something more spectacular.


Ellie has a fabulous idea for a medallion and is
looking into it.


Structure -- Aaron


They are aiming for a lot size of 150 X 150, more than
twice as big as last year. They aim to expand the
kitchen area to the size of 5 carports, from 3. And
they want to make the domes stronger and more dust
resistant.


New Committee


Ellie is perverted and likes jokes, I shockingly found
out. Talk of a sex committee with Aaron and Ellie
being leaders. Perhaps just a joke?


Kitchen -- Aaron


They have had one preliminary meeting. They will
seperate duties -- 1) equipment and 2) food and
storage.


Well, that's all I have notes for so I guess that is
all that happened. How was that? Not bad for a virgin,
aye.
