Discussion followed It was motioned that Bob would buy the bus and Snuggletown! would cover repair costs (if any) on the way to and from the playa, DMV cost and insurance and pay Bob back within one year for the bus purchase. Vote 8 yes 4 no 1 abstain Structures Kitchen structure will cost approx $600-$800. It will be made from 1 1/2 inch pipe for strength. Angel will get actual cost from his Dad. Angel has the shower and evaporation pool. Domes The small dome is built and put away. Cost is $100. The large domes will use 2 parachutes @$75 each and hardware cost of approximately $125 Archway design Glen and Jerry discussed it could cost $200-$500 It was suggested that $100 could do it It could be optional We need time to get it all done Request get donated carpet for the domes Kitchen Angel has asked for food preferences Last year the total cost was $300 for the camp Angel was in. 2004 estimate is $500-$600 We can sit on carpets to eat Tables are needed for prep Restaurant The application for the Health department is $50 and takes a month to get approved. If we want to be listed in the What/Where/When we have to have a permit YES! We will get the permit Ellie will give a talk to the group so we understand the Health dept rules. Gifts Ellie will contact the committee and report next meeting. Outreach The email is ready to send. Its purpose is to drive perspective campers to the website.
