First we'll begin by minimizing packaging on all food and other consumable equipment before we even leave for the playa. Food will be packaged in bulk containers or other non-trash storage medium as much as possible. We will also work carefully to make sure no trash or other debris ever even hits the playa.

On the playa our kitchen area will be setup so that it is conducive to waste minimization and trash and recycle bins will be readily available. All trash and recycling will be properly stored and removed from the playa at the end of the week.
